Ortiz grinder his way through this fight. Boachuk was looking to counter the jab of Ortiz I would have liked to see Vergil develop a check hook for that. All in all I was satisfied with the fight and the result, even in the rounds with KDs Ortiz still looked good and recovered. Is it possible to lose a point for getting KD but still winning the round? That would produce a 9-9 score. Future opponents will be looking to counter that jab. Nice to see these kinds of fights that reveal some folds
