Comments Thread For: Buddy McGirt: Dillian Whyte Can Still Be World Champion

Dillian Whyte's trainer Buddy McGirt has insisted that his man can still win a world heavyweight title. Whyte, who previously fell short for world honors against Tyson Fury two years ago, had been out of the ring for 16-months before he returned against Christian Hammer last month. It was Whyte's first fight since an adverse finding in a test for PEDs ahead of his rematch with domestic rival Anthony Joshua.

Unless the belts get fragmented and he gets a pretty easy mandatory then it's unlikely

It can happen though, you get all kinds of belts holders when the belts get split i.e Charles Martin, so it's not beyond possiblity.

Whyte could possibly be a world tiddly winks champion if he really dedicated himself to the sport...

...but heavyweight boxing world champ or beating Parker in a rematch ???...GTFOH!!!

Parker would probably beat Whyte and I don't think Parker will win the title again.

Sounds like Buddy fell off the wagon again and back to doing Boones Farm and Thunderbird wine for wineoos.

                  Nope.

He's got awful fundamentals, isn't ever in fantastic shape, is getting older, his chins been cracked.

What I liked about dillian was his confidence and spiteful nature, but that's taken him as far as he's going to go.

He fought a very similar version of fury that Ngannou fought, that tells you where dillian is at.

Shyte shat his pissy Dianabol filled pants from the African turned Glasgow Kiss King Martin Bakole, he fled up a flight of stairs and ran into a stadium staff room to hide in there toilets and locked the door, apparently the staff had to get security to escort him out as he was refusing to leave for almost an hour to avoid seeing Bakole once more.
