Oh yeah well I wouldn't disagree with you on that. Realistically, the banned substance is in your body. That's totally your responsibility.

Contaminated supplements are an issue, they are. But if I'm being honest with you, I don't know why these elite athletes take over the counter stuff like that. All my guys who work with me and are in tested competition, I tell them to steer clear of over the counter stuff, because you just don't know what's in them.

You want a sure fire way to avoid contamination? Don't take the supplement. It's not worth it for the positive effect you get from them, which realistically, is not that much all things considered. The risk/reward ratio is low.

        Don't disagree with you mate.

It does happen but it's a very easy get out of jail free card.

Problem is, we can only follow the current system. Until it changes this is how it will be.

Me personally, I will never understand all this confidentiality stuff. If you test positive for a PED it should be made public both what the PED is and the levels found. Also, the contents of the hearings should be public as well.

So I don't disagree. I'm just talking from the how the current system is set up.

            To the points you bolded;

            First one -

Yes, they are waiting on the appeal by the BBBoC to be resolved. Which ISN'T done by them it's done by the independent party who held the appeal hearing.

            Second one -

Yes yeah they are waiting from the announcement from the appeal..Which ISN'T done by them it's done by the independent party who held the appeal hearing.

            Third one -

Yes, it's in the hands of the BBBoC...to LICENSE him. After the appeal process is completed. Not to "answer the appeal". As,it isn't done by them it's done by the independent party who held the appeal hearing.

Use your head and ask yourself, how, the BBBoC can LOSE a legal hearing, APPEAL the hearing, and then make the decision on the outcome of that hearing. Does that make any kind of sense in your head, you ****** cunt? How can the party who LOST the case be the one's who make the decision on the appeal of the case? If that was the case then the appeal process could have been over on day 1. "BBBoC loses hearing, they appeal hearing, they decide that really they should have won the hearing therefore it's overturned"

To make it clear for you since you need it, it's the NAPD who will answers the appeal. It was them who carried out hearing, the BBBoc lost, they appealed that loss, they've had their appeal hearing, and the NAPD will answer that imminently.

You are one real ****** bastard
I’m telling you what the article says. It literally states that Hearn is waiting on an appeal TO the BBBoC.

So if anyone is dumb and a ****** bastard it’s the author of the article for writing that.

And Conor Benn is still a cheating piece of trash with no believable explanation for why he popped dirty.

Yes he's waiting for the appeal from the BBBoC to be resolved. Not to "answer the appeal" like you mind numbingly said. No where in the article does it say that, you've just inferred it because you're a fucking retard Like the BBBoC is going to answer an appeal...That THEY made How can you answer an appeal when you are the one who lodged the appeal, genius?

Well, he won his hearing so to them, the people that matter in this scenario, he has a believable explanation.

Contamination is a possible reason considering the amount and the timing of the failed test. That said, still wouldn't be able to prove that is the reason despite the fact it could be the reason. But it's neither here nor there, that's for the NAPD to elaborate on why they considered him innocent. I don't much care.

The article didn’t say the appeal FROM the BBBoC, it said the appeal TO the BBBoC.

                Clear as day.

You do know how to read, right?

It's just semantics though isn't it. It makes no difference to the point, which is obviously the BBBoC aren't the one making any decisions here in general (outside of licensing issues), let alone on an appeal decision that they themselves lodged, to a hearing decision that they lost.

Why would you even need to read an article to know that the BBBoC obviously aren't the one's making the decision of the appeal when they are the one's who lodged the appeal? Or do you just believe everything you read?

Don't come back Pac--remember what happened to Sugar Ray Leonard. Your legacy of fighting & beating the toughest guys for 2 decades is enough.

And that Eddie Hearn is not appealing to the BBBoC to allow Benn to fight in the UK?
