Adrian Curiel and Sivenathi Nontshinga have satisfied their final obligation to move forward with their rematch. Both boxers were well within the rehydration allowance for the IBF-mandated second-day weigh-in. All participants in IBF-sanctioned fighters are required to weigh no heavier than ten pounds above the contracted weight limit on the morning of the fight. Curiel weighed 116.4 pounds, well within the 118-pound mark he was required to make on Friday morning. Nontshinga clocked in slightly heavier at 116.9 pounds ahead of Friday's IBF junior flyweight title fight rematch.
