Leigh Wood's dream of a hometown stadium headliner is not yet ready to become a reality. krikya360.com has learned that plans are on hold for a previously targeted rematch between Nottingham's Wood and Leeds' Josh Warrington. Matchroom Boxing hoped to stage the grudge match on May 18 at the famed City Ground, home to the Nottingham Football Forest Club.

Leigh Wood fights are always high drama. The guy has more lives than a cat , they've only got nine and Wood has at least twenty. Hopefully they will get this straightened out soon so that he can have another active year. Warrington was doing great in the fight before Wood did his thing. I have no problem with watching that again.
