The money Floyd DID make is also taxed. The back taxes he paid are NOT TAX DEDUCTIBLE. So, the money generated from his LLC goes to him as salary he receives through his company and it flows through his LLC onto his personal tax return, known as K1 Tax.
Basically unless you have a REALL GOOD TAX LAWYER/PLANNER your going to paying A LOT of taxes. His only benefit is that he lives in Nevada which doesn't have a state tax.
He probably has most of his money in a trust.
