Blatant ducks from both. They obviously don't have confidence they can win and go back to getting the champions cut !
Fact's! They're afraid that Prograis won't only embarrass them, but that he'll bust them up, and possibly knock them out like he did to Zepeda.
Who I actually thought was going to be able to beat Prograis, they've seen the writing on the wall, and don't want to be any part of that bloody ink.
They both lost their undefeated record's, championship belt's, and aura's of invincibility, they don't get to dictate the term's of their contract's.
To the winner'(s) go the spoil's, and because they aren't on the top of the food chain anymore they need to stop talking that bull**** they like to sling.
As for Teofimo's father the less said about that pathetic clown, who is living vicariously off of his son's accomplishment's, the court jester act's like he is Jr.
He reminds me of some other abrasive who wanted to walk in their son's shoe's Maywether Sr., Guerrero Sr., and Angel Garcia, a proverbial quartet of
"has been's that never were", aka (The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse) in the flesh.

Teo was hugely overrated by people who saw his win over a one-armed man as a huge deal. Unfortunately, he and his delusional dad got really inflated egos, and stopped trying to improve (or they hit the ceiling of his talent, or both). He hasn't made any improvements in the last fights since Loma. With his personality, even if he switched to a real trainer, it wouldn't last long and it wouldn't make a difference because he's totally uninterested in learning. Should change the name to "The Fakeover."

There's no "money" fight in the 140lb division in the first place. I'm done with this man.

This is the consequence of losing all of your belts in one night. Pay days lessen, and you have to work your way back up…funny how Camp Lopez doesn’t see the logic in betting on yourself to beat the champ just like Devin Haney did to the guy, who coincidentally, snatched Teo’s titles!

Lopez's dad knows that Prograis would ruin his son's career after they fought, no doubt. Lopez would be embarrassed. Someone should pull Lopez Sr aside and tell him to STFU and stay away from making public comments about his son's career. If he keeps doing this, one day he will write a check that his son's boxing skills can't cash.

if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it's a f****** DUCK! Sr is the worst enemy since Jr came along. All the 2 do is talk in circles. I'm embarrassed for them both. ones scared to death to fight, and the other is glad about it.

Yeah because Prograis will wreck your son/meal ticket. That will mean no more stacked liquor cabinet and no more crack to snort.

when will you bozos learn to comprehend this basic premise!!!

TR is not going to make Prograis any offer.. only to make the fight is via a purse bid of some sort and Teo would be agreeing to take a ridiculously low portion of a bid
No. As the challenger Lopez would be getting the challengers split of a winning purse bid If he wins he gets the champions split next fught. That's how it works. The problem is that both Lopez and Ramirez aren't confident they can beat Prograis.
