the guy has fought with warriors.. he's been in wars.. he's been hit by real welterweights. no punch of mannys will hurt him.. and manny has never felt the power of a true welter like cotto. it's really a lop sided fight in my eyes. can't wait for november 14th to finally hear what cotto wants and what their plans will be.
Agreed. There's nothing Pac can lay on Cotto that will be harder or faster than Mosley, Tony, Zab or Clottey haven't already shown him.

Plus Pac is the much smaller guy.

Floyd is much much much better than Cotto.

November won't prove how its done, Pac has to beat Floyd to show how its done.

But I agree, goblin and burner are f@ggots.

or are you guys caught up in talkin about a potentially good matchup with PAC-PBF as well?

                it is a foregone conclusion.

so is what would happen if cotto fights floyd.

cotto just ain't that good. he's good but not elite.

We have to wait to see the fight before that can be determined.

I'm just saying Pac Cotto is a physical mismatch, thats all.

I'll be honest, it bothers me a little.

I just don't see the logic in it. I mean regardless of what you think about Cotto's skills, when you got a guy bumping up against a puncher nothing is a foregone conclusion.

I'm not offended or anything, I just really don't think it makes sense. Even if you think Pac is 100 times more skilled(which I don't) the fact that Cotto is a fairly big puncher at WW is a really big equalizer. It's at least a solid reason that no one should be looking past this fight.

It only makes the odds better for me...

the size difference from last night made me more confident that Cotto can and will KO Pac..and yes I know..Cotto is no Mayweather..but if you say Cotto is not a decent counter-puncher and a much harder puncher than Mayweather than you're pathetic!..Pac doesn't have JMM's ring intelligence nor his defence..and Cotto is pretty damn precise/accurate!..so once he lands a few BOMBS..it'll put Pac at a different gameplan..like wanting to trade..and that's when it'll really favor Cotto..

Pac and JMM belong at 140 at the most..and last night was half the proof of that..and Nov 14th Cotto will seal that ****..

I'm just hoping that after these ridiculous match-ups..this catch-weight **** goes in the ****ter and we can get a WW tourney going with Cotto, Mayweather, Mosley, Clottey, Berto, and Margarito if he comes back to WW after his suspension..
