    Sr is threatening to stop the fight after all of this punishment he’s taken. He honestly needs to retire after this fight…his style will only further contribute to his mental health issues, I believe.

    Really, after Omar told Custer that he used to hope the punches in the past would ‘end him’….I should’ve known something was wrong.

    You don’t send a guy out there know that was/is his mentality.

          It’s sad to see this. Anytime a boxer is at the end of his career you can see it. Figueroa has always been a nice kid and was an exciting young talented fighter. I hate watching this. Almost Ali/Holmesesque

                      And they finally stopped it in the corner. Thank Heavens. I hope he does great things moving forward-it probably won’t be in boxing as a fighter.

                      Much respect to him in his life after the sport (as a fighter anyway).
