but i will give you 1 more chance victor just cuz your mexican!!
The whole "die in the ring" thing is a little extreme, I love marquez but when he says that its a bit inconsiderate of him knowing he has a family that depend on him.

Can't wait to see that quitter ortiz back in action. He's got a long road to redemption in my eyes.

i think he derserves another chance,i think they rushed him too much.he still got a chance in a tough division as long as he dont bottle it again after taking a bit of a beating

I am not talking about HBO. Is more on Golden Boy. If they can't get a date on HBO then why not do an independent PPV show like Top Rand does? They can have it in Cali and have pretty good live gate. They could use this date Put Shane as the main event against Berto, Clottey, or Cintron. Have Guerrero on the undercard maybe against Rocky Martinez. Victo Ortiz againt Malinaggi or even against Steve Forbes. And, they Just signed Linares who could make his Golden Boy debut on this card. And, charge like anywhere from 29.95-39.95.

This is the problem with Golden Boy. They are not real promoters to me. They live off HBO dates.

I really don't get why the networks do this kind of stuff.
You can't ***e Shotime they have tried to work something out. They came out and said we will put our on the first Saturday of the month. So basically leaving HBO with 3 Saturday of each month open for them. HBO still puts on shows on the first Saturday. Now Showtime moved it to a week later and now HBO wants to put a show on the same date? Why? Is Showtime is suppose to move it again? HBO gets on my nerves sometimes. Their decision making sometimes baffles me.

U can't be serious ?? 1-Berto vs mosely can't even get done on HBO budget and berto thinks he is big **** already and would want BIG money and he wouldnt want to do an indepenent ppv which wouldn't sell ,not even in cali.2-clottey vs shane, basically same as reason #1,except egg head doesnt look like he is money hungry ,he just wants to fight the BEST, but that wouldn't sell either.he probably can't even sellout arenas in ghanna,if they have any at all.3-cintron vs mosley ,personally if u buy a ppv and that is ur main event u just ****ing have no life,Olden girl just doesnt have the fighters.only one that has the potential to be GREAT is jacobs and he at times claims he is not golden boy either..

I disagree. Casual fans know who Mosley is. And, it will do great in Cali IMO. I don't know why you don't think it will. Not only would it have Shane but also Guerrero and Ortiz whe are cali based fighters. And, you right boxing fans might not have a life. And if you put fighters like Molina, Rios, Hueata, and Wilder on the untelivised version of the undercard. I think it does great number at the gate. Boxing fans love to watch boxing. I think it would do solid numbers on PPV. Like 300k is not bad for this PPV card and I think it could get that if promoted right. Also I think Jorge Linares has more potential than Jacobs does.

Ortiz wants the rematch but Maidana has his panties up in a bunch.

Ortiz would return for the first time since June's six-round TKO loss to WBA interim-champion Marcos Maidana. The co-feature would have Robert Guerrero making the first defense of the IBF super featherweight title he won from Malcolm Klassen in August. No word on the opponents but I know Guerrero would love a unification fight with WBC champion Humberto Soto. [details]
For god sakes stop giving this GBP hype jobs fights on HBO.
