Puerto Rican boxer McWilliams Arroyo was shocked when Mexico's Julio Cesar Martinez withdrew for a third time from their scheduled battle for the World Boxing Council flyweight title.

He's right,it's time and especially money he"ll never be able to recoup. Having pulled out 3 times before is nothing other than a sign of disrespect and discipline on Martinez's part. Quit wasting everyone's time and move up.
Julio Cesar Martinez should be immediately stripped of his title and should be sanctioned with fines and be made to pay for Arroyo's training expenses. Canceling a scheduled fight for a third time is outrageous. Disgraceful!
What McWilliams is saying is 100! I lost respect for JCM, was a big fan but these shenanigans he is pulling is some bs! The sanctioning body should also be ashamed for allowing it, why not just find a replacement for arroyo to go ahead with the fight?! And when JCM is ready they can run that? Smh
What McWilliam says is true, but I don't pity him considering he did look for a way out in their first encounter -- the cut was affecting his performance, but Arroyo was supposed to fight through it.
I personally don't even care about this fight, when you take into consideration how useless these two are.
