FMS said "In my honest opinion, I believe...." That is FAR from a "blatant accusation".

Main Entry: ac·cuse
Pronunciation: \ə-ˈkyüz\
Function: verb
Inflected Form(s): ac·cused; ac·cus·ing
Etymology: Middle English, from Anglo-French accuser, from Latin accusare to call to account, from ad- + causa lawsuit
Date: 14th century
transitive verb
1 : to charge with a fault or offense
2 : to charge with an offense judicially or by a public process
Main Entry: opin·ion
Pronunciation: \ə-ˈpin-yən\
Function: noun
Etymology: Middle English, from Anglo-French, from Latin opinion-, opinio, from opinari
Date: 14th century
1 a : a view, judgment, or appraisal formed in the mind about a particular matter b : approval, esteem
2 a : belief stronger than impression and less strong than positive knowledge b : a generally held view
Now, which did FMS do? Did he charge Pac with something, or did he express a view formed in his mind?
You can leave this as a rhetorical question. You may not be fond of admitting error.

I know what Mosley and Manny is using. It sure as hell aint no rice either. When you say you don't even know what a steroid is lets me know you are lying. All I ask is just be tested. You don't hear Freddie saying lets make sure both fighters are tested after every fight. I do think all fighters should be tested 2 or 3 weeks before a big fight and right after the fight.

he must be on roids.
pacquiao-marquez 2 at super featherweight march 2008
weigh in weight - 130
fight night weight - 145
pacquiao hatton at junior welterweight may 2009
weigh in weight - 138
fight night weight - 148
ok no worries man apologies for getting you all upset
if you to solely attribute his weight gain to not cutting or water weight ok but like I said looking at the pics of each weigh in (and I was at the weigh ins for Barrera II Marquez II De La Hoya and Hatton) I cannot see where there is a 12lb weight gain before he rehydrates. Thats lean muscle mass not water he put on in 9 months
agree to disagree

Truth.
Opinions are the basis of talk radio, and the op-ed pages. You see and hear derogatory stuff there ALL the time (yeah, Glenn Beck... I'm looking at YOU). But there is little that the aggrieved party can do because - in this country - the speaker is protected.
freedom of speech is the most valued principle the US has.
Mayweather Sr. before the Pacquiao-Hatton: "I think Manny's a very good fighter," Mayweather said. "I think he can be a much better fighter, though, under different circumstances. But Manny's a very good fighter. I can't take anything away from Manny. I can think of a lot more things he can do that's he's not doing. So, you'll have to take that up with his trainer."
Mayweather Sr. after the Pacquiao-Hatton:"I wouldn’t call Pacquiao a good fighter at all, I wouldn’t. I mean, that’s my opinion because I see too many things he does."
Wow. Such a sudden change in opinion. Even with Manny's flaws--Mayweather took the time to say that Manny is a "very good fighter"--yet after the fight he still says Manny has flaws but now Manny's not a good fighter?

This is why anything coming out of Mayweather Sr's mouth about Pacquiao should be dismissed as depressing attempts to attack a fighter who more or less ruined any chances Mayweather Sr. has of training another fighter.
The guy is butthurt and is still bitter that Pacquaio retired both him and Hatton. Nothing less, nothing more.
