Comments Thread For: Gervonta Davis Shoves Isaac Cruz On Stage After They Make Weight In Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES - Gervonta Davis apparently has learned how to make weight more comfortably over the past couple years. The undefeated knockout artist hasn't grasped, though, how to avoid putting his hands on his opponent at a weigh-in. Davis shoved Isaac Cruz following a lengthy staring contest once they both made weight Saturday afternoon for their 12-round lightweight title fight Sunday night.

The shove at the weigh in is so common it doesn't even matter anymore. It's damn near ceremonial at this point.

$75? Wth no way this is worthy of PPV, much less at that price. Glad I live in South America and I don't need to pay to watch it but damn

expect less than 100k ppv for this joke.
PBC will never put their biggest fraud, the paper tank, in against anyone serious, in any division - they know exactly what would happen to him. almost everyone would see what a fraud he is then. SEE PAPER TANK RUN, that will be the result of any mandatory with anyone serious (I cant recall a more accomplished runner, he has already run from everyone serious in 3 divisions)... to help everyone understand, GO to paper tanks boxrec page. only 2 names which are even recognizable - one way past his prime when paper tank fought him and the other two weight divisions above where he had any achievements. thats all the paper tank can handle. if PBC were confident that he could handle anything else, you can be sure that we would have seen better matchups by now... this needs to be called out. just dont pay for this type of nonsense that PBC puts on most of their cards - its the only way we will ever get the best matchups in boxing....
