Comments Thread For: Tim Tszyu Extended 12 Rounds For First Time, Dominates Takeshi Inoue In Decision Win

Tim Tszyu was able to get everything he wanted out of his final fight of 2021 ahead of an eyed title shot. Everything other than a stoppage, of course. Takeshi Inoue showed resilience and bravery in going twelve one-sided rounds with Tszyu, who claimed a landslide decision Wednesday at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney Olympic Park, Australia. Scores were 119-108, 120-107 and 120-107 in favor of Tszyu, who was credited with a final round knockdown but forced to go the 12-round distance for the first time in his career.

I respectfully disagree.... The Castano fight would be 50/50, Tim would TKO Charlo within 8 rounds....

But Charlo do have a granite chin and Tszyu throws everything hard easy to counter. Inoue was just a punching bag If he had that same energy he'll be going the wbc route instead of the wbo.

If he couldn't KO inoue why you think he could KO charlo who has a good chin.
think tszyu needs another fight, Harrison would be best, then I think he beats charlo and prob castano

Tszyu should fight Fundora vs Garcia winner he's just slightly above someone like Kerman Lejarraga, it's still fights to be made.

Jaime Munguia went life and death with Takeshi Inoue, but the 'Soul-Taker' didn't even drop a round. Tim was beating ass, Takeshi Inoue has Tszyu's boot-print on his butt-cheeks

That's a joke. So you said he knocks out Charlo but couldn't get Inoue out of there in 12?? Tim Tszyu is a club fighter scared to leave home. #Facts# There will be a large dose of reality if he ever fights anyone in the top 5. HE'S FIGHTS NO ONE THAT WILL ACTUALLY GIVE HIM A FIGHT. He won't beat Castano. Please look at Tszyu's record and compare it to someone like Erickson Lubin. The competition is not even close. Toughest fighters he's ever fought was Dennis Hogan and Jeff Horn. Come on people look at this guys record. I'm begging that he fights Castano, so he can take Tszyu to school. Too much pressure from Castano. Pressure bust pipes and a guy with a padded record who's really considered a regional fighter and scared to leave home. #Hillarious#

If he comes to Las Vegas for some real sparring....I guarantee he gets busted up. Fighters laugh at this guy in the local gyms here. OMG and his footwork is horrible. He's a plodding come forward fighter. This isn't to be disrespectful just stating facts from fighter / trainer perspective.

Slightly better? Munguia went life and death against Inoue. I scored it a draw.
