The Controversial Decision Does More for Paulie Than a Win

Publicity wise, it couldn't have turned out any better. More people have watched the post fight interview than would have watched the fight if he had won.

I agree and he's pimped his way to big fights since the Cotto fight. His mouth is his biggest asset.

Interviews where fighters keep it real and let their heart speak strike a stronger nerve than standard **** talk. Paul had a right to ***** about that decision, and boxing fans most likely took notice.

why is everyone upset, it is because of the 118-110 score or because Paulie lost. Had all of the scores been 115-113 would we be having this discussion or if the fight was a split decision lost, would Paulie argue the decision then. To me a lost is a lost, whether you lose by a wide margin or split decision just accept it and move on.

The only thing i can agree on 118-110 was a ****ing terrible score, i dont believe Paulie did anything near enough to pull of a win given were they fought.

But yeah its been all over one of the most seen videos on Youtube or something of the last few days.

Yeah I agree. It has helped his career if anything

It might have helped his career, but it does boxing as a sport no favors. It just shows me how political of a sport boxing has become. I used to love watching these wars but when you have outcomes like this all of the time just because you have so much invested in a fighter, it just gets ridiculous. There have been so many awful decisions over the last 5 years or so that something needs to be done. Our once beloved sport is becoming way to corrupt.

I know, it sucks, and it won't even matter that he spoke his opinion. Hell, they may even decide to reprimand him or something for his honesty of what goes on in todays boxing world
