A Lacy of old would've damaged Roy's hands a lot less with his face.

I hope this is the very last time we see Jeff "NO MORE HOOK" LACY....he's done!!!

As far as Roy Jones is concerned he's doing NOTHING to add to his legacy by continuing to fight, unless he gets in the ring with CHad Dawson, who himself is going to fight a 40yr old in Johnson in a much deserved rematch!!!!
ALL these ignorants should review their boxing fanhood. Joe never ever hurt a fighter bad enough to ruin a fighter. Please, next time just post that you suck Joe's **** for living.

Lacy had shown he was never s good as people thught he was. Still at RJJr's age, this fight was surprising at the least. I stopped watching the fight after round 6. It was evident that Lacy did not have what it takes to handle Roy even at age 40.

No matter what you all say, Joe beated an old over-the-hill B-Hop / Jones Jr. and became the most over-rated boxer in history. Only Kessler stands out in the rest of the list. Joe was, is and will always be ****.

Lacy was never great, but he was an animal before Calzaghe. The dude had brain swelling after the fight, can't imagine that not having a long term effect on him.

Johnson has really slowed down, it'll be more entertaining. It wouldn't be as one sided as you think, Glenn can't fight like he did in the first fight.

I can't co-sign this one brother. When you struggle against guys like Manfredo and Mendoza, you are not elite no matter what happened before. And if it is really true that Calzaghe ruined Lacy, then why should Roy get any credit for beating him? Hell, the Roy Jones victory that Calzaghe got looks better on his resume now than the Lacy win.

I was at the fight and it was an amazing performance from Roy. I agree, he's not the "old Roy" but he still had the speed and can put on a show. Against B-level fighters he looks absolutely amazing. Go Roy!

does anybody know Roy's entrance song? It sounded like it was by DMX.

I don't agree. I think even the Johnson that beat Daniel Judah would stomp Roy Jones.

Fighting in Biloxi brings him luck. He also stopped Virgil Hill there.
