me being a student means at this point means that i study the issues in healthcare daily. Me being a dual degree student MD/MPH means I study the facts on both sides of healthcare. I analyze both pov without political consideration. Now I see u r goin with the cost talking point. But u fail to understand that u r already being taxed for your healthcare and the healthcare for the elderly and the poor. And that tax will rise beyond your comfort if we dont act now. I'm done with trying to educate you, healthcare reform will happen whether u want it or not. And it wont be for the good of a select few but to KEEP the country from being bankrupt!

The cost of Medicare is minute compared to the massive healthcare cost of keeping each of the 300 mil people in this country insured. You have access to Jstor? Look up the massachusetts healthcare reform act 2006 and see for yourself that since the enactment the state has LOST money that even cutting programs couldn't subside. Hence why that state which leftist use as an example of how great universal healthcare will be has incurred over a billion in debt. Now that's only one state with a population of a little under 7 million. The nation has over 300 million citizens you see where I'm going with this. You may know your stuff when it comes to medicine but as far a policies you clearly watch too much msnbc and don't use the opportunities you have at your school to actually do the ground work and research. I have no further use for you since you will believe whatever the leftist tell you. My advice would be to be wary of radicals left or right they're loaded with agenda if you want the best opinion for yourself stop being so lazy and ignorant and find out for yourself then form an opinion. HBO is like big business and Showtime is like old school. The rabbit gets passed by the slow turtle when he needs to take a breather, just like HBO when the economy gets slow. Clearly u didnt pay attention to my credentials. I have worked my up in healthcare starting as a emt/cna, lvn, etc. all the way to medical school. Look up the dual degree program MD/MPH. Political science? No buddy, High performing health delivery systems, healthcare administration, healthcare finance, healthcare management and policy, and health policy analysis are some of the classes I have already taken thus far during my grad education in addition to my medical course work, hence the idea of dual degree MD/MPH. At first I thought you were just trying to argue based on hearsay now I understand that you are truly an idiot. You may know health procedures but understanding how hospital billing works and understanding the massive undertaking and cost of a national bill are two different things. In your world you deal with microeconomics not macro as I said if you were smart you would research the current supplimental cost of the Mass Care bill which most politicians have used in arguments for the ***** healthcare plan as their model to which they intend to build the national bill upon. Also you are a proven liar in what you've said since you once stated you're one year away from being a surgeon. You have yet to graduate med school it doesn't work that way. Once/if you graduate you have to take the medical review boards which depending on the state can take up to 6 months, after that it's on to internship which depending on the field of expertise can take up to 2 years, next it's residency which will take about another 2 years. I have relatives that work in the healthcare profession and they would laugh if I told them some guy still in med school claims he can be a surgeon in one year. But enough about you getting caught on a lie. Research Mass Care, and you will find that although a majority of the state are covered waiting times and staffing to accomodate the influx of new patients is a serious problem the state of Massachusetts is throwing 1.5 billion at with the hopes it may solve the problem. How are they paying for the additional funds? by increasing statewide taxes on all taxable monies. Not bad considering when the bill was passed the lawmakers claimed the total expense would only be a billion. That's only a state with a 7 million population just imagine the unseen costs a national bill would add to our already strained ecomony. But not to worry if the bill is passed and you find getting a job isn't so easy because the insurance companies have hiked medical liability insurance beyond most aspiring physicians means to counter the huge number of new patients I will be here to remind you that you were once uninformed and supported the action.

So I guess me working in healthcare since the age of 17 starting as an EMT/CNA all the way to being 1yr away from being a surgeon with a Masters in Public Health all before the age of 28 means.

With high priced PPVs and very selective choosing of fights HBO has boxing in a vice grip. I think promoters should lobby USAnetwork and bring back tuesday night fights forcing the suits at HBO to start showing more fighters and less PPVs.

espn is the one that steps up and shows chapionship fights when the biest hbo wont thay could show more and put there balls in a vice.
