my thoughts:

imho, cotto can be sloppy and make mistakes and still win the fight. he's just too big, hits too hard, and he is skilled with decent athletic ability (I only say decent because he gasses).

pac on the other hand, HAS TO fight the perfect fight to win. pac can't make any mistakes or cotto will destroy him easy.

Both gotta bring their A games truthfully. Both pose a different threat than what they've been used to from their past opponents recently. Cotto seems to have trouble dealing with bigger fighters, but I can see where Pac's style may be an interesting task for Cotto because both are somewhat sharpshooters with Cotto maybe being the better technically out of the two. But Pac without a doubt is the faster of the two and also packs a hard punch himself.

I truly believe either guy can take the other out.

I'd definetly have to say Pacman needs to execute his game plan better. Cotto has some definite power especially early in the fight and has enough to muster late stoppages also. We've seen Cotto knockdown boxers with jabs and his power can be devastating with any little mistake. If Pac can avoid the Cotto bombs on a constant basis then he has a good chance to win.
