Pacquiao has been great for boxing. A fighter who is not arrogant of his achievements and doesn't talk smack. He leaves all his talking in the ring and he doesn't see losing as a big issue which is rare in athletes who tend to become very arrogant after becoming dominant in the sport.

Aside from beating the **** out of people for a living, I find him a very likable and respectable guy. He's very humble, despite being the pound for pound best. Good guy who is good for boxing.

Pacquiao is corrupt.

The politicians around him are corrupt and are using Pacquiao as a tool to get more power. They have blood on their hands after being involved with political assassinations and other criminal activities. The man behind him when he was being interviewed by Larry Merchant after his win against Hatton, is one of the most corrupt politicians in his homeland.

The truly educated people of his homeland despise him and the people he is surrounding himself with, which is why when he ran for office he was defeated by a landslide.

The corrupt politicians of his homeland are using his boxing success to brain wash the people into thinking he's some hero by throwing parades, but the true motive is for him to get elected to be used as a puppet by the criminal politicians surrounding him.

The "humble" image he recently portrays is just a front. Pacquiao is into illegal ********, visiting **********s, and has illegitimate children from other woman which he was forced to pay off in court. There are stories of him assaulting people outside the ring as well.
