Not that I know of. I'm sure Cotto wouldn't be afraid to fight him.

Jennings didn't have a belt. They fought for the vacated belt ignoramous. And I'm not at all on Williams nuts the way some of you ignorant Cotto fans are. I just shoot down bull****. You act as if cotto died on the cross and came back to life which is typical of most of his fans. And if you think Jennings was better than Winky Wright...that speaks for itself.
So with all that said, this is all Cotto's fault?

ESPN (Around the Horn, Friday Night Fights, etc), Sky Sports, Telemundo, Countless websites, etc all mentioned a Cotto vs Floyd fight before Floyd even fought Hatton. It was THE marquee matchup to be made in Boxing.
I don't think Williams has even had a fight of his appear on Sportscenter's highlight reels as of yet.

Malcolm said earlier today that Cotto ducked Floyd because Floyd offered Cotto a fight at 140. Then he said Cotto never offered Floyd a fight at 147, so he didn't consider it ducking. But he firmly believes that Cotto ducked Williams, yet there's no proof of an offer from Williams to Cotto. Only name shouting. Hmmm. You PWill fans better getting your definition of ducking straight, because it seems to change depending on who you're talking about.
