Except the doctor who was there that said it was the same material that they use at hospitals to make casts...

Seriously, I can understand people not jumping to conclusions on previous fights.

But for the Mosley fight Margarito is blatantly guilty.

Its sad that great doubt will now haunt ****rita's greatest fight. I think the damage is done to his image in the world of boxing. I have been following boxing for years and it sucks that this had to happen. We get a great fighter only to hear these accusations. I feel for ****rita he struggled to get to the top and now this just takes away from his efforts.

until its official, no matter who that doctor was, we dont know what that substance is until they finish studying it.

to call it blatant is jumping the gun.

I am not a big fan of Jim Lampley, but I understand his role and I understand that he doesn't issue irresponsible reports. He wouldn't have reported a "plaster-like" substance if he wasn't ABSOLUTELY sure that that was what was found. Do you understand what a false report like that would do to his career? Obviously not. Lampley is paid to investigate. He is. That's part of the job description. If he exaggerated his reports no one in the business would work with him. That's why I say you're being willfully ignorant.

Again, don't take that the wrong way. But you're acting like there was a possibility that this thing would have been resolved in a matter of 1 hour. You're acting like a perfectly accurate report by Lampley would have sealed the deal and that because it didn't that he must have missed the boat. In other words, you're not giving Lampley any credit at all and instead granting Margarito more than his fair share of reasonable doubt all in favor of what you seem to believe is a "neutral" position.

So, let's just say hypothetically that the investigation take one month. Let's say that everything Lampley reported was true, but that the California Commission let Margarito off with a warning. What would you say then?
If you call refusing to accept everything I hear ignorant than go ahead. I think more people would say that's more to do with questioning what I hear then automatically believing in it. I find no reason for Lampley to make up anything. He can be right. But I'm not going to seal the deal strictly with eye witness accounts but it does help. How on Earth would you hold someone accountable based simply on eye witness accounts? If you were a judge you would leave more innocent people in jail then you would guilty. Again, there is a good possibility Lampley is right. But let them find the conclusive evidence then they can close it.

Ultimately, I would be angry if they let Margarito off with a warning if he really did use a illegal padding. But let me ask you something. If someone were to come up to you and say "Tell us why Margarito is guilty", what would you say? "Because Lampley said so? Sorry, it might be true but that's not the right answer. Remember this: It's not what you know, it's what you can prove. I'm not saying Lampley isn't truthful, but until he can prove to the world that it's true, then we must always give the benefit of the doubt to the accused. You simply are deciding to ignore this willfully. Why?

ODLH ASKED if he could add padding to protect his hands.... They said no... Where is that cheating you resident or former resident, or family member of a resident from the most cheating boxing island in the world....

It's funny how many cheaters are made on just that one island.... I think PR has made more cheaters than champions....

Oh and just like Cotto quit like a fat kid running laps......

Its a PR vs Mexico fight, if their was a fight to bring bats, knives, brass kuckles it would be that one. Mexico would kill people just to beat Puerto Rico, there country is the most dangerous for journalist. For backing Puerto Rico, boxing aducted me, I had to live in a Plantation for a year. Boxing is a cruel sport. Im not joking about boxing, HBO whoever not liking my Pro Puerto Rican stance, they really do take things very far. They got the government to treat me like a *********....*******. I stand by that 100% percent
