i don't why nobody seems to talk about valero fighting against a mexican. is it because valero was a nobody or the mexicans don't take the risk of losing?

i know marquez, juan diaz, nate campbell, casamayor or even barerra will beat valero easily. but it seems no promoter talks about pitting valero against a mexican or a named fighter. valero's handlers should step up. let valero fight against a named fighter not just japanese chefs who enrolled boxing lessons during day-offs.
