Floyd has a high opinion of himself, being arrogent or ****y usually helps in a sport like boxing. The human brain is an amazing thing and can push the body to far beyond what most people believe it is capable of. Now Floyd talking **** to Sugar Ray at Sugar Ray's birthday party is not really the classiest thing to do, but i rememmber reading that Floyd was joking and just took it to far by doing it all night.

FM doesnt have the resume nor the balls SRL had. I can see why he gets crap for lashing out at a great. SRL is a great, FM could have turned the WW class into what it used to be and made everyone a ton of money. I know everyone regardless of w or l would love to have seen fm vs cotto/clottey/marg/pwill?/and so on. As a fan I would buy all of those fights. Its not about cleaning out the division its about calling yourself the best!
