    Lemme give an example. Let's say, your Lord forbid, that Kelly Pavlik dies tonight.

    If that happened, you'd hear.. 'Who knows how great he could have been. Could have done this, woulda beaten him...'

    The problem is, no one knows. It's too hard to tell. You just gotta go with what you know. Tyson probabaly wasted away his prime due to dumb decisions and he is going to be remembered by most as a good/exciting heavyweight, who made a lot of money.

        The problem is that there's a chance you saw the best of Tyson. Maybe he wins another 'big' enough fight, but it's just as easy to say he could have been the best ever as it is to say that Cobain would have released 3 or 4 classic albums. No one knows.

        All you know is what DID happen, much like (sadly) Salvador Sanchez. Things happen.

          he's already one of the greatest ones, he could have been the greatest one...he could have, but because he's not it doesnt mean that he's not one of the greatest fighters ever
