I used to have it. I lost nearly a 1000 hours of fight-film when the cellar flooded 2 years ago.

I think Manny Steward worked Pryor's corner.

        Interesting interview with Panama Lewis.

Apparently Lewis is a fan of Miguel Cotto because of the way Cotto fights to win and doesn't care if he bends the rules a bit.

He also says what was in the black bottle (or atleast his version of it).

I don't think it was Lewis but there was no black bottle in the rematch. That's all I was saying.

Panama Lewis is a POS but Pryor is one of my all time favorites so I guess I was getting a bit defensive about Pryor. I hate Panama Lewis for what he did to that poor kid (Collins). Ruined his career and ultimately his life.

I like Pryor too. Great fighter. Sad ending.

Maybe there wasnt a black bottle but if Panama Lewis worked the corner..... you know that dude would do ANYTHING to win.

He sure proved that.. To remove padding from a boxing glove is so ****ed up especially considering that Collins gloves were legal so it was as bad as having a boxing match between one guy wearing boxing gloves and the other guy not wearing any gloves.

                Interesting.

He said cold tapwater (and something I couldn't understand, but legal)... But what can he say?

He said he also trained Ayub Kalule who's the greatest fighter to ever fight out of Denmark (peaked way before the SRL fight). That disturbes me a little.

**** that Resto is a bigger POS! How can any boxer with a conscious knowing the dangers of the sport go in to the ring with hands taped illegally and hollowed out gloves. You seen how he tried to get away from Collins' trainer after they noticed the gloves.

I have to believe there was bigger people than just the trainer & fighter behind this, maybe Resto was theatened. I'm sure it was a huge upset.

There has been a rumor that drug dealers in New York put up big money on the underdog Resto, and went to Panama for "insurance" that Resto would win.
