At no point have I said that Marciano was athletically inferior because he was white, this is a man whom I rate as one of the greatest heavyweights of all time.

If I rate Walcott, Moore, Charles and Louis great wins for Marciano, then I would have to rate Liston, Patterson and the other not so prime heavyweights Ali beat great wins as well. Solid logic there.

Ali also beat a whole bunch of great, prime heavyweights as well.

Even though Wlad dominated Sultan Ibragimov and won the fight 119-109 on my scorecard he was still upset and disappointed with his performance...Wlad wants another unification fight or IBF/WBO mandatory defense AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to make up for the dominant yet lackluster fight last weekend.

Let me tell you right now folks, Wlad's next opponent is gonna get brutally KO'd or TKO'd.....I am willing to bet all my points on a Wlad victory by KO/TKO in his next fight.

Ezzard Charles was also past his weight when he fought Marciano. He is a natural light heavyweight when he was in his true prime. Not to take anything from Rocky but all of those top fighters that he beat were mainly past their prime.

Ezzard Charles was taller than Rocky, and weighed more when they fought. Lots of people start out in one weight class and move up as they naturally fill out as they get older.

Rocky was shorter and weighed less than all his title fight opponents.

So him being taller than Rocky means that hes not past his true prime? Tommy Hearns was past his prime when he was at middleweight, so did Hagler beat peak Hearns? No, he beat a fighter that was still good but past his prime weight class. Its Just like the Charles/Marciano situation.

Archie Moore was a long reigning light heavyweight champion and didn't get a shot at a heavyweight title until he was old. I would pick a few fighters that were not even great over Marciano. (no disrespect) Chris Byrd would have a shot at out boxing him and Riddock Bowe would also have a good shot.
