I'll take the question literally and say that Ruddock hit harder. However Klitschko is a much faster, sharper, and more accurate puncher. But if he caught you cold, Ruddock hit with more power. Take a look at the Dokes fight if you don't believe me.
Why didn't Ruddock knockout Morrison? Morrison had one of the weakest chins of all time.

That's a fair question. One reason was that Ruddock was never the same fighter after the Lewis loss. Also he was coming off almost a year and a half layoff for the Morrison fight. Still he did drop Tommy and had him in trouble at one point, but like I said Ruddock had to catch you flush and didn't have Klitschko's skills to set up a KO.
Bruno IMO has the most power but he can't use it like Klitschko or even Ruddock does. 40 wins 38 KO's, he had the perfect build for a puncher, very heavily muscled like Earnie Shavers was. But at the same time, that muscle limited his speed and his stamina
Bruno KO's Gerrie Coetzee (former world champion)
Ruddock has one of the most powerful punches ever, the smash, which could KO any man. A very unorthodox left uppercut.
The Smash
Wladimir is very calculating and doesn't unleash his right hand until he sees an opening. His left hook is also devastating. I'm not sure if his single punch power is as devastating as the others (he has the size though) but he is much more technical than the other two and a much better finisher. With 49 wins and 44 knockouts Wladimir certainly has a case here.
I'll give it to Bruno just to even it out because many will vote for Wlad and for a good reason. If someone thinks that any of these boxers is much more powerful than the other they would be wrong.

He landed on Morrison and even dropped him a few times though. Michael Bent is not even known as a power puncher and he stopped Morrison quickly and hurt him with the first shot that he landed.
