When do you bulk of you guys ever remove your heads down from your rears?? Ricky Hatton is a serious threat to Mayweather, Ricky Hatton will beat Mayweather!! Maywearher has never EVER met someone with Hattons heart, drive, puching power and even Speed yes believe it or not Hatton is fast. Saturday night will be another nite for British boxing. I can remeber last year when JEFF LEFT HOOK LACEY came over the 168lb Mike Tyson, he came to fight a slapper who was past it! We know what happened there. Mayweather is a class act but his usual pre fight tactics have seriously back fired this time. For the first time he faces a man who doesnt care who he has beaten, how many titles he has, what style he fights he is simply facing Ricky Hatton from Manchester who will go to hell in that ring, i dont think Mayweather came dig as deep and i fancy Hatton to hurt Mayweather early and finish him in the 7th.

I'm going for Ricky just for the fact I can't see Floyd hurting him and I cant see Floyd running for 12 rounds and Ricky not catching him

feed-the-goat you put it very well my friend!! I know what mayweather can do but its the ability to do it under such agression that he will be facing. I watched Mayweather V De la Hoya and thought Mayweather looked very ordiary, he had no answer to De la hoyas early pressure only when De La hoya tired did Mayweather control the fight. If Mayweather thinks Hatton will tire he is in for one serious shock. I remeber the Lacy fight after the 1st round his corner said to him "He cant keep this up for 12 rounds" well Calzghe did. Boxers like Calzghe and Hatton are different because of the will to win!! I dont think Mayweather understands how much Hatton wants to beat him and that excites me so much! If Mayweather digs deep and holds off an attacking Hatton and wins i as a boxing fan will be the first to say WELL DONE!Last edited by mrrbyrne; 12-03-2007, 11:23 AM.

Collazo was Hattons first attempt at 147. What his camp have learned from that fight is unbuyable. Lets not forget Hatton won that fight so he too is a level above Collazo. Hatton is a smarter, stronger fighter now at 147 and is coming off the back of a stunning knock, Mayweather is coming off the back of a lucky win with De Lay hoya. If anyone thinks this fight is gonna be one sided you are on the wrong website cos u know nothing about boxing!!
