    whats going on with Sky?

    First Hatton now Maloney.

I can see rinside going next because of lack of fights to promote.

So that leaves us Froch Kahn and ****ing prizefighter.

Will purchase boxnation for haye v chisora then take it from there. Real can't stand Frank Warren.though.

He has got the best stable of British fighters though.

        Groves
        Degale
        Cleverly
        Burns
        Billy Joe Saunders
        Gavin
        Chisora

Thing with Sky is, its really not worth keeping up a suscription in my case, they only show a big fight once every few months, and im not paying 1 months suscription for just 1 fight.. its ridiculous. I swapped to Boxnation last year, and I love it, especially all the upcoming British fighters coming up... just wish it was in HD like Sky. Bunceys there!

Idk whats going on though. Froch is the only reason i'd watch Sky sports, and even then i'd rather just go down to Nottingham to see him fight when hes at home.. so didn't buy Sky for Froch-Bute. Maybe they are dropping it altogether like the Beeb did, who knows

Hmm. Degale wants out, Groves isn't having a good time of it either. Cleverly and Burns are being over protected so much it's criminal, they're supposed to be champions for God's sake. Saunders is an exciting prospect but it's early days... Gavin I'm not sold on, reckon he needs to lose a few pounds and work harder... and Chisora's future as a top 10 HW rests on his performance against Haye.

So it's not all sunshine with Warren's stable at the moment. I desperately want Boxnation to get Hatton and Maloney on board, they can be a major force if these 3 British promoters will work together.

Hatton has a brilliant stable for a relative fledgling promoter (obviously bolstered by his own achievements and name)

Matchroom obviously have sky's backing & Boxnation has Warrens vested interest... the rest of the promoters are in a free for all now, Hennesey has made a shrude move working with C5, promoting a limited stable through terrestrial tele may see Hennesey shine where he'd otherwise be stumped....

What I don't get is there's so much dross on tele surely ITV with it's multitude of channels can support boxing abit more... I don't fully get the politics but if promoters like Coldwell, Fearon and now some of the bigger names are going to be putting on shows without tv it'd be better cutting low(ish) value deals with terestrial tele to gain exposure and "some" advertising revenue?

back to the original issue, what the **** are sky playing at, they have a lot of sports channels that need filling, is boxing's viewing figures really that bad that they're cutting airings like they are?

It could be a blessing if.itv or BBC pick them up but I highly doubt it.

Can't believe all the **** on.sky sports at the minute

                NFL
                Basketball
                Low league rugby
                Sailing
                20 20 cricket
                Taiquando

And they axe the ****ing boxing which can't be that expensive

ITV and BBC need to pull their socks up and stop putting out crappy dramas and comedies that are simply shit.

At least Channel 5 is doing a decent job.
