He just stopped and took a knee for the 10 count. Was he sick again or what happened him? He wasnt taking much damage.

Also, Groves had a good win, but why did the ref stop it? Bit harsh on the reigning champ to stop the fight like that, he was losing but was still trying to win the fight.

The Haye card was a weird one for early stoppages!

Yea Lynes had trouble with his breathing, he got hit with a body shot(not a hard shot) and was forced into the corner by Ajose and made a weird coughing noise, at least Ajose was a morale person and didnt go in for the kill after he heard the cough he stood back and waited and then Lynes took a knee. He said he has to go up to 147 now, its too hard for him to make weight

He was putting good pressure on the first few rounds and then stoped throwing punches. In the last two rounds of the fight he was just covering up and getting pushed back. He looked tired to me.

I think he said he felt as though he was going to chuck up. He was still trying to keep it down in the post-fight interview.

I wasn't impressed by the Adamu stoppage in the least. I mean, FFS! They were fighting for a recognised international belt. You HAVE TO give a fighter who's down on the scorecards every opportunity to stage some sort of a comeback.

If this ref had overseen every boxing match throughout history we'd have been robbed of countless miracle revivals.

That said, I don't believe Adamu had a cat in hell's chance. Groves was busting him up something rotten and his only response seemed to be a succession of air-conditioner punches.

Felt a bit sorry for Colin Lynes. He's been a good pro for a number of years. Solid technician who just lacked that extra bit of power to make the difference.

Not sure WTF is happening with Jamie Moore. As usual he boxed like a moron against a guy who was always going to be a hard nut to crack. The sad thing is Moore is A LOT better fighter than he appears. Unfortunately with him whenever the bell sounds tactics go out the window and he becomes obsessed with going toe-to-toe with fighters who he could easily beat if he boxed clever. I think his career is almost certainly over. Despite going up a weight he says he's still having problems losing the pounds. In the post-match interview he said he might go up another division. But if he's struggling to hurt a tough but modestly-gifted opponent at this weight he's no chance of troubling opponents another weight up.

I'm not surprised he gassed. He seemed intent on throwing a succession of power shots. That's okay when they are connecting. But his opponent was smart enough to take most of them on his guard.
