In fact I'd have Sugarman winning via tko over Hagler!
Reason for a tko guess is that Hagler would be extremely competitive and although he was a great game guy his own lack of one punch power gets him hit and Robinson does have power in both hands.

Hagler had a great chin and he also conditioned himself to be able to recoup from punishment. He kept his chin tucked and used his shoulders very well along with knees bending and some side to side motion. Hands high for the most part and could switch from right to left with ease.
