Dont forget that was in 98, he was flying around that time, he had just beated Tyson twice and Moorer, he drew and lost to Lewis in 99!

Lewis was ranked 32 then, he would be much higher now 8 years on!

Bowe beat Holyfield twice when he proved he was better than him. He should be up higher then
