there is evidence to suggest it did occur. les supposedly ko'd heavyweight fulton in 2 rounds in a spar. however, it is hotly contested in another forum that this spar actually took place.

I believe the story..... idiot features has claimed it Didn't happen,...... he can't prove it, all we have is plenty of talk (as he said that nobody did until YEARS later,.... well 1917 isn't even a year later). In the absence of film of the event, we have probability of say 85 %. Dempsey, Tunney, Kearns, Braga, King, swanwick, Niland etc etc.... all liars according to Klinkwit.
