Steward would rank very high I think. His resumee kinda speaks for itself.
Others in the top 10 includes:
Eddie Futch
Ray Arcel
Angelo Dundee
I reckon Freddie Roach will be up with the best of them in a matter of time.

Was trying to think of his name !, I kept thinking that his second name was Garcia for some reason then when I searched for him nothing came up
