Dempsey gives Valuev a sustained beating over twelve rounds.......but I think Valuev makes it to the bell.
With David Haye it would be whoever hit the other first. Probably a Dempsey KO, certainly with 1919 rules (allowing standing over a felled opponent). That said I really rate Haye's power and speed, the man hits very hard and quite accurately....... its his defense, chin and workrate that are the issue here.
I dont think Wlad would cope well with Dempsey's early rushes and would go into defense mode. He has a passible chance of doing a Tunney with the jab, but peak Dempsey had far more pace than the 1926/1927 version. No one could write off Wlad's punchers chance over a guy as small as Dempsey but I'd give this a fairly close call.
I actually think Vitali would beat Dempsey, although Jack could well look good early. I rate Vitali's chin, power and workrate and could see him stopping Dempsey late or taking a well fought desision. This might be unpopular!
