          Cooney vs. Young.

Cooney was still pretty raw. But it was a good win for him. Young was the consummate spoiler. He just didn't know what to do when an opponent wouldn't get trapped in his web.

It's a shame Clancy wasn't Cooney's trainer. He might have made a champion out of him.

James Toney vs Iran Barkley. Been watching some other Toney fights as well. Man did prime James Toney have a wonderful style to watch. Great movement, counters and crazy hand speed too. Such a natural fighter

Daniel Zaragoza vs Seung Hoon Lee May 29, 1988
Randomly came across this fight a couple days ago on an extensive Korean based boxing channel on YouTube, and after seeing it appeared to not be elsewhere on YT, I also put it up.
Found it to be an awesome fight. Very entertaining, and both fighters couldn't have given much more than what they did. There's also no commentary, which I enjoy.
I don't often score fights personally. I do enjoy reading posts by quite a few of the regulars here and I'm very curious to see what's what. I leave this fight with the impression that Daniel won but it seems that 1988 was a rough yr in which to get a win over a South Korean fighter when coming in as the "away" team, as Jones Jr found out about 4 months later. Anywho, greatly entertaining fight, but, who won?

That one's not boxing. It's taking turns slugging the **** out of each other.

Foreman got into a punching contest and gave up any idea of defense lol.
