    Roy Jones 193lbs v A J,Fury,Bowe,Lewis,Wlad ,and Vitali

Posters have held Roy Jones victory over Ruiz as proof that a smaller man ,[Marciano,] can beat a modern sized class heavyweight. Now I want to match that version of Jones against the following
    Joshua
    Fury
    Bowe
    Lewis
    Wlad
    Vitali

Six fights how many does he win?

The PED fulled Jones wins zero of these matches.

Now put the same Jones vs. sub 210 pound men and below like Joe Louis or Jack Johnson and Jones might win. Several sub 200 pounder beat Johnson and Louis, so why can't Jones?

What exactly has Joe Louis or Jack Johnson to do with this thread? Park your hate agenda elsewhere, it's not wanted here.

This is Roy Jones big enough to beat recnet champions. My answer is no, but as history shows three + men beat Lous and Johnson that were Jones size.

Did you not seek replies? I gave you mine.

Jones is too small for all those guys.

Although....he has a decent shot against Vitali.
What Chris Byrd did, Jones might very well be able to duplicate.

Jones had brittle hands, which is why he failed to knock out some lesser opponents at lower weight classes. I can't see him fully unloading on these super-sized HWs and his reflexes would not have been enough to carry him 12 rounds. Outside of Ruiz I like his chances against Moorer, Byrd, fat Andy, Charles Martin, and a few contenders. If I were forced to choose on fighter on your list he might be able to beat it would Joshua.
He had a brittle chin too!
