what tools would you use to make mike tyson the best heavyweight of all times?

There was an artifact written about in Bob Salvatore's, "Silent Blade", I think it was, and while I can't remember the name of the artifact, it's function was that it allowed one person to transform completely into another person.
If I was Cus, I'd travel to Calimport, find that artifact, and turn Mike into either Joe Louis or Muhammad Ali, depending on your opinion as to who the greatest at that weight.

I'd drill into him body body body. Never throw a head shot until your opponents ribs were black and blue and he drops his hands. In short, I'd turn him into Joe Frazier.

Tyson was in an institution for boys when one of the workers there started working with Tyson and then told Cus that he hits extremely hard and he needs to check him out.So Tyson went for a tryout you can say.Then Cus took him in after that.
