Q Boxing Promotion in Denmark announced today two new signings in comebacking super middleweight Patrick Nielsen (29-3) and middleweight Landry Kore (10-0-1). Nielsen was last seen boxing 18 months ago when he lost a close, split decision to Arthur Abraham in Germany. Kore has been around since 2013 in a self promoted career and has done well on the road.

Meanwhile Nielsen´s younger brother Micki appears to be headed for an early retirement due to reoccurring hand injuries.

Patrick Nielsen, last seen losing to Mark O Madsen in an MMA fight, fights October 5 on the next - and second Q Boxing show - in Gilleleje. This show also features British world traveler Ashley Theopane (47-8-1) who takes on Kim Poulsen (28-5) in a super welterweight contest.

Danish heavyweight Kem Ljungquist (9-0) is in Las Vegas sparring with Tyson Fury.

Ljungquist is like Fury´s September 14 opponent Otto Wallin a tall, well schooled southpaw. Kem will stay in the Fury camp until September 7 with three sparring sessions a week scheduled.
