Universal Promotions, through its president Javier Bustillo, is pleased to report that junior middleweight boxer Eliezer Gonzalez (9-0, 4KO) continued his undefeated run over the weekend by scoring a a convincing knockout in the first round over Dominican boxer Valerio Marte (9-4, 6KO).

"My conditioning got me to win. The work I implemented consistently in the gym next to Freddy and Felix Trinidad Sr. paid off and here is the result of it," Gonzalez said.

The undefeated stylist of Cupey Alto is going to Puerto Rico early next week for a whole team to decide who his next opponent will be.
