Heavyweights Derek Chisora and Jarrell Miller are on a collision course to box in Manchester in February.
Miller had told BoxingScene’s Declan Warrington that was likely going to be his next move and reports and sources have subsequently speculated that February 8 is the favored date.
Chisora, 40, won a crowd-pleasing fight with Joe Joyce in July, while Miller fought Andy Ruiz to a draw in August, having been stopped by Daniel Dubois in December.
Chisora is 35-13 (23 KOs) and the victory against Joyce followed a win over Gerald Washington. That came on the heels of his one-sided loss to Tyson Fury in their third fight.
Miller, who is 36 and who has failed multiple drug tests in the past, is 26-1-2 (22 KOs).
