Six division champion and Golden Boy Promotions CEO Oscar De La Hoya is giving Francis Ngannou no chance of upsetting WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury.
Ngannou, a former UFC champion, will collide with Fury in a non-title crossover boxing match in Saudi Arabia.
The MMA veteran is a massive underdog in the contest.
To properly prepare for his professional boxing debut, Ngannou secured the training services of former undisputed heavyweight champion Mike Tyson.
Some observers have given Ngannou a puncher's chance to pull off a huge upset - but De La Hoya is not in agreement with that scenario.
"I think I have a better chance at beating Tiger Woods in golf," De La Hoya told TMZ. "Zero [chance that Ngannou wins]."
"I'll tell you one thing about Tyson Fury and Ngannou. It's gonna be entertaining, while it lasts I believe. Tyson Fury, you have to realize, he went in there against [Deontay] Wilder. He goes in there vs. Wladimir Klitschko, so he's a fighter all his life inside the boxing ring.
"Ngannou, I commend him for even trying this. I take my hat off to him for even trying this. He's gonna make a sh!tload of money. I just think when Tyson Fury gets his number and his rhythm, he's gonna play with him and probably knock him out."
Ngannou has been out of action since January 2022 - last fight in the UFC - when he picked up a decision win over mandatory challenger Ciryl Gane. Ngannou's long layoff was due to injuries and his promotional split from the UFC.
Fury has also been on the shelf for quite a while, with his last fight taking place in December 2022 when he battered and stopped Derek Chisora in their trilogy fight.
Should Fury walk away with no injuries tonight, he will return on December 23 in an undisputed fight against WBO, IBF, IBO, WBA champion Oleksandr Usyk.
