St. Louis (MO)- Steve Smith and Rumble Time Promotions are pleased to announce that the IBF has mandated that Cory Spinks and Deandre Latimore fight to fill the vacant IBF Light Middleweight World Title. 

Rumble Time Promotions, Latimore's promoter and Don King Productions, Spinks' promoter have been ordered to undertake negotiations to determine the terms of that fight.  Latimore is looking forward to the challenge of bringing home his first World Title.  Smith said "we are excited about bringing this caliber of fight to the St. Louis fans, and hopeful that Spinks will accept the challenge as well."
