Omaha, Nebraska - IBF featherweight champion Evgeny Gradovich of Russia came on over the last eight rounds, outlanding undefeated challenger Jayson Velez in seven of the last eight frames.  Gradovich also landed the harder shots.  Velez was the busier fighter, averaging 86 punches thrown per round. The three judges scored it a three way twelve round draw.
