25-year-old Randy Caballero (22-0) will finally defend his IBF bantamweight title Saturday when he faces Lee Haskins (32-3) of the United Kingdon on Saturday evening in Las Vegas.  The Golden Boy promoted fighter was scheduled to defend his title in February but had to pull out with an injury to his ankle and has been sidelined all year.

"It was tough having the surgery and having to stay off the foot," said Caballero. "I feel a lot better going into this fight.  My foot isn't going to give me any problems.  I am going to give it all I got."

Caballero said that the rest rejuvenated him and that he is willing to face any of the division's elite after Haskins.  He also hinted that he would be willing to move up in weight for the right fight.

"The sky is the limit.  We are ready to take out the whole 118 pound division.  I am ready to take on anybody with a title in my weight class.  Whatever I have to do I will do. I am ready to show the people that I am back and better than ever.  I will jump to 122 if there is an opportunity there.  I will go as far as my body will take me in the sport of boxing," Caballero stated.

Caballero's fight is part of the HBO distibuted pay-per-view that is headlined by Miguel Cotto and Canelo Alvarez.  He feels that it will be an exciting fight and is backing his promotional stablemate to pull out the victory.

"That is going to be an amazing fight.  Being that it is Mexico versus Puerto Rico that is an amazing rivalry right there.  It is a veteran in the sport of boxing versus a young, hungry kid who wants tomake a name for himself.  I think this fight will be an action packed fight.  I think the fact that Canelo is young and hungry and knows what he wants to do in this sport  - I think that he will come out victorious.  Depending on what Cotto shows up, it can be an exciting close fight or it could be a one-sided fight.  I honestly think it will be an action packed fight and that Canelo will take it," Caballero told krikya360.com.
