Former IBF super middleweight champion Lucian Bute (30-1, 24 KOs) is hungry to get back to the top. On November 3rd at the Bell Centre he faces light heavyweight Denis Grachev (12-0-1, 8KOs) at the catch-weight of 170-pounds.

On May 26th, Bute was beaten badly over five rounds by Nottingham boxer Carl Froch (29-2, 21KOs). They have already agreed to have a rematch in the first half of 2013.

Against Grachev, Bute promised to return to the basics.

"You will see the same Lucian Bute as before - before I became a world champion. I am happy to be back in action at home in Montreal. However, this will not be easy going against a guy who is very aggressive and wants to win. I was not comfortable after this loss, but now I am physically and psychologically fine," Bute said.

"It is useless to dwell on what happened against Froch. I had a difficult time after that, but this is boxing. This is normal and it happens. Everyone said it would be easy for me [against Froch], and look what happened ... With my team, we analyzed what we did, and now we're going to change things. [The loss] will make me a better fighter."
