Juergen Braehmer, 41-2, has now, not very surprisingly, relinquished the EBU title to concentrate on his upcoming shot at the vacant WBA regular light heavyweight title against American Marcus Oliveira, 25-1, scheduled to take place on December 14 in Neubrandenburg.
Fighting for the vacant EBU title is Braehmer´s stablemate Robert Woge and Frenchman Nadjib Mohammedi. 33-3. Woge, 12-0, of course have to get past Anatoliy Dudchenko, 18-2, this weekend in Oldenburg first. Purse bids for Woge vs Mohammedi will be opened December 2 at noon at the EBU office in Rome.
