Frank Warren has agreed a deal that will see some of his fighters get mainstream exposure.
The Queensberry Promotions head honcho has an exclusive broadcast deal with BT Sport in the UK.
Warren is currently Stateside, in Las Vegas, ahead of Tyson Fury’s rematch against WBC world heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder, with the pair clashing on Saturday at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, with the vacant Ring Magazine belt also at stake.
But the 67-year-old, who will celebrate his birthday next week, has struck a partnership with terrestrial giants ITV which will see them share boxing content and programming in the run up to Wilder vs. Fury II.
It all culminates with live boxing from Bethnal Green’s famous York Hall venue, which is live on BT Sport from 8pm on Saturday.
BT Sport’s Twitter, Facebook and YouTube channels will also broadcast the show headlined by the British and Commonwealth super-bantamweight title defence of Brad Foster as he faces Lucien Reid in a rematch of their draw last September.
Nine-time amateur champion Dennis McCann and Willy Hutchinson, Scotland’s only ever world amateur champion, will also feature on the ITV broadcast which begins at 10:15pm as the team build-up towards a bumper night in Sin City.
In the early hours of Saturday morning, at 00:15, ITV viewers will be able to enjoy a full fight replay of the maiden encounter between the two undefeated heavyweights Wilder and Fury.
The show at York Hall also features a plethora of other young talent, including the return of Southampton’s Ryan Garner and the debut of 2016 Rio Olympian Muhammad Ali.
Sam Noakes, seven-time national champion Henry Turner and Eithan James are on the card, alongside Louie Lynn and Alex Bishop, while there is a British super-middleweight title eliminator between Kody Davies and Umar Sadiq.
