Hard Rock Stadium, Miami, Florida - In a light heavyweight contest, former two division champion Badou Jack (23-3-4, 14 KOs) dropped late-replacement Dervin Colina (15-1, 13 KOs) three times for a stoppage win in the fourth.

Jack was scheduled to fight WBA "regular" champion Jean Pascal, who was pulled from the fight after testing positive for performance enhancing drugs.

Colina was holding excessively, losing two points with the referee warning him that a disqualification was coming next.

Jack closed the show in the fourth, when he put him power shots together to drop Colina three times for an automatic TKO win. The three knockdown rule was in effect in Florida.

“The game plan was just to outbox him. Everything else will come. Definitely, hit the body. He was a little soft in the body but give him respect. He came out on short notice. He was supposed to fight next week but this is a different level," Jack said.

“He was trying to hold a lot and survive. I fight better when I fight better opponents. I was a little sloppy. The world class fights are when I perform the best.”

As far as what's next - Jack hints that he may move up in weight.

Jack became a world champion at super middleweight and light heavyweight - and now has his sights set on cruiserweight.

At nearly 38, it's getting harder for Jack to make the division limit of 175-pounds. Going to cruiser is one of the biggest weight jumps in boxing, as the division has a 200-pound limit. 

“My goal is to become a three-division world champion. I walk around very heavy. I’m about to be 38 this year and I don’t like to cut weight so I’ll get with my team and see what’s next," Jack said.
